This tutorial shows you how to take the PowerPoint Template for a CVI and modify it.
Watch the video then open the template in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Upload it to Google Slides.
If you’ve never used PowerPoint it would serve you well to do a basic introduction. It’s something I use to make the Raspyni Brothers shows bigger and better with customized comedy – always comes in handy.
Here is a 15-minute introduction that will give you all you need to get going.
I mentioned a program to record the video CVI called SnagIt. Get it here with a free trial.
I use a program called Camtasia to record and edit my CVI. It’s more robust. Allows for detailed editing and the ability for additional soundtracks – I use one for a music pad under the voiceover. It’s $300 and really more than you probably need. I know this can be done using any video editing program once you have the MP4 file (which comes from SnagIt). If you have an editing software, you’re probably set.
Note – At this point I make, record, and publish a CVI in less than 15 minutes. Your first few will not happen that fast. Dig in… show up this way to your prospects regardless of the market you’re working.
You can also make a generic ones that speak to general markets: schools, fundraising events, libraries, etc. I only customize them once I I know they are a potential match.
Who’s up for doing this first?
If you have questions about this process, post them as comments to this Facebook Post in our group.
Once I create the CVI I go to Instapage and build the landing page. Build it one time and then just copy/modify for all future landing pages/CVIs.
