Hey [wlm_firstname],
This week’s module comes in at a slimmed down 40 minutes so pack it in. I kept this one short because this week I’ll be sharing 3 additional trainings with you from event producers. Their insights will give you a rare glimpse under the hood of what they want, expect, and fear when working with acts.
Here’s the last 1:18 of the lesson about Holiday Funnels. Sorry about that:

Email I Send When Someone Writes With the Price Question First
Thanks for your inquiry on the Raspyni Brothers for your upcoming event.
Historically I found that if price is the first concern, we aren’t the right choice. We aren’t the cheapest act on the market, but after 33 years, 4 World Championships, 6 TED Talks, and over 2,500 corporate events, we are the safest.
If you’ll send me an email with your budget for this event, I’ll gladly connect you with a couple of acts who will be excellent candidates for you to consider. I
Our appearance fee starts at $12,500 plus rider (attached). If that is in the same ballpark as your budget, let’s get on the phone and talk about the more interesting details of your event including:
- your goals for the event
- who is in the audience
- what entertainment have you had in the past
- what about that worked and didn’t work
- what you’d like your audience to go home feeling, and why
Wishing you the best,
Barry Friedman | Daniel Holzman
