Jay Johnson on Stagecraft
I’ve been friends with Jay Johnson for over 25 years. It’s been a dream to watch him go from TV, to comedy clubs, to festivals, to colleges, to theaters, to Broadway, to Tony Award winner.
I’ve seen his one man show, The Two and Only and was instantly pulled by what he created on that stage. Then I realized that he always did that. Somehow he made the stage more than a ballroom stage.
