Day 01

A bit of a tech glitch starts us off… and then into the work we dive. The audio starts about 13 second in and the tech glitches end at 1:40. All as it should be 🙂

Mindset

“Today I have an open mind about my future. My future is a blank slate and my past is a rich mosaic of who I’ve been, what I’ve said, where I’ve traveled, why I am here in this life, and how I’ve gotten here. I set aside all judgment I have about taking fast action – either imagined or experienced – and open myself to the possibility that it’s exactly what I’ve been waiting for – and why I’m here today. I take this time for myself so that I can take daily small steps in moving past the fears and resistance, and giant leaps into the compounding power of fast-action. Today I begin a new relationship with fast-action by owning exactly how it has limited my health, finances, and relationships.”

Completion Process

Completion: “Right now I complete my current belief about taking fast-action so that I can install a belief about it that serves me.”

  • What’s good
  • What’s bad
  • Who do I thank
  • Who do I apologize to
  • What else do I need to say to complete this belief

Installation: Right now I install my new belief about taking fast-action so that it serves me.”

  • What’s good
  • Who do I need to thank
  • What else do I need to say to install this belief

The Action

  • Decide on one person in your life where you spend energy contemplating a negative relationship.
  • Take ownership for your part in it
    • As small as you need it to be – and the bigger ownership you take the more air you let out of the bag.
  • What is a fast-action you can take to clean it up
  • We are here to do the work
  • Going forward – take that action today and put in a time of day that you will do it by
  • This is a no-excuse zone – Fast-action thrives on a WIT (Whatever It Take) philosophy.
  • We’ll die to achieve our fast-action. Feel that!
