Big module this week. I want to thank everyone who is speaking up about what’s going on for you. That is one of the biggest gifts of a group coaching program – there are other mirrors in the room to glance into.

Thinking about everything that was tossed at you this week, I want you to use your homework time today to objectively look at the three main focuses of this module, and decide the impact each could have on your bottom line over the next 12 months.

Get real clear on where you are with each of these right now, and what priority you want to dedicate to refining your time, focus, and confidence in each area.

The only one I’m asking you for complete clarity on is your 80/20 equation. For some of us, definitely for me, it’s the 90/10 rule.

Simply stated, 90% of my results come from a very specific 10% of my actions.

When I was doing a lot of entertainment 90% of my gigs came from 10% of my database/contacts. I nurtured those relationships.

In the 30 Days Sugar Free business, 90% of my income comes from people going through my sales funnel. All the rest of it has to happen, but it’s not what I need to be doing. I focus on delivering excellent, relevant content in my sales funnel.

Where I’d like you to have when you lay down to rest is that you are clear on what 20% (or 10%) of the ShowBiz Blueprint you can use right now to give you an 80% (or 90%) rise in your results.

Look at all we’ve done (good review in the Week 5 slides), and decide what you’ll focus on for the rest of this week. No one is going to do all of it this week, so let’s decide our focus and put the rest in the fridge or freezer.
