I’d like you to check in throughout the week on our group how what you are shaking up and what you are noticing. Make sure the change isn’t simple – challenge yourself.
Change takes change – do it on a number of levels and let your brain know this isn’t business as usual! There’s a huge part of your subconscious that hates that you’re here and wants everything to stay the same. Today I want you to commit to taking a clean swipe at that lizard brain.
