Mindset
Sunday is the day of the King and Queen. It’s a day for the leader in you to relish in the victory of another week, and then to stand tall, look out over your realm, and access the state of the union.
While it is typically seen as the end of the previous week, I invite you to think of Sunday as the only chance you’ll have to get a jump on the week ahead.
A day of rest is earned and respected by taking a time-limited segment and teeing up a couple of balls so that you come out connecting on Monday morning.
As you move through this Day of the Sun, feel the power that you possess in the coming week. The ability to take fast-action, the skill to practice gratitude, the authenticity to form a mission, and the game-plan to sneak up on yourself know that, with a simple decision, you can cast a stone that will have favorable ripples for you and your clients.
Never doubt the power you possess, nor the power of getting an early start.

The Action
I’m not going to redefine your Sunday – not my job!
- Right now, let’s take a minute to write down who would be ripe for a “Memory” or “Event” check-in. Get 5-10 on the page – you’ll have a minute.
- If you can, take a look at the templates and modify them to sound like you.
- Queue up a 1-5 to go out this week.
- Extra credit – find a way to create your own templates that are really branded to you! Maybe they include a photo with the person, a geographical reference, an audio file, some Day 2 gratitude type of message.
- The possibilities are just about endless – how do you want to connect?

<Name>,
This weekend, for some reason I don’t fully understand, I flashed back to that time when <memory>.
Hope you and well and if I can be of service to you or anyone you know, just let me know.
Best,

Hi <Name>,
I just saw a short video that gave me an idea that will absolutely knock the socks off your group at the 2019 event.
Do you have a few mins to talk about it this week?
Thanks,

This is a great idea for a Lizard Nickname and a Superhero Nickname. Did you create a few?

MixMax – Amazing plugin for Gmail that stores templates, schedules delivery, and reports opens/clicks. And really, that’s only the beginning of what it does. I am NOT a paid sponsor of MixMax – just an addicted customer.

Did a search on Outlook for the similar plugin we talked about that lets us know if client read an email (without them knowing that we know)… didn’t seem to have that. Does anyone know how to do this with Outlook?
Danny, I don’t know of a way. You might want to ask in some bigger pools than this one. SBBP Alumni group has some geniuses. I know some people use Gmail just for MixMax. I know that’s a bit leap.
I use Gmail because it’s my memory since 2004.
Who did I unicycle with in Phoenix a long time ago?
Gmail Search: Unicycle Phoenix
Bill Worth – Oct 2006.
2 seconds… I wonder what would happen if that history was wiped?
Hi, I use Hobspot free version. It has a Gmail extension and allows you to do the same thing as mic Mach plus automatically ads them to the CRM and logs the email there so you can always go back and see the history of the client.
I never herd of mix match but will check it out.
