We are so similar on so many fronts about what we consider healthy. And a few where we are different.
I am sooooo freakin’ hooked on news and talk radio. I see that I need to wean myself. It is something I lean on when I should be doing something positive for myself/my business. I’m committing to getting up at 6 am and starting out listening to a Barry podcast or something similar. No news… It will be so hard to do my morning chores, emptying dishwasher, make bread, get ready for our school without my NPR friends. It keeps me from putting more energy into my life and improving it.
